14 Day Jump Start Plan

Welcome to your FREE 14-Day Jump Start Plan. This plan is in conjunction with the #BodyGoals Fitness Series, but it can also be exactly what you need to get back into the swing of things and build regular physical activity into your weekly schedule.

Over a 2 week period, you’ll complete 8 short workouts. Each workout consists of 4-10 moves only, so they are easy enough to finish each day, but just enough to get you sweating and building strength. If you need a bit more, feel free! But the plan is designed to make fitness a regular part of your life again.

Besides workouts, you’ll also receive a couple of nutrition targets to help you get better at tracking your meals and making healthier choices. Once you finish the first two weeks, you can add on weekly nutrition goals of your own, like cutting out ┬ájunk food, or eating more veggies, or whatever challenges you face in your regular diet.
