A.M. LIFT Strength Conditioning!

It’s time to LIFT people!! A.M. LIFT is focused on strength conditioning, consisting of dynamic, low impact resistance exercises (think squats, traveling push ups, and planks). Each 50 minute class will use body weight, dumbbells, and/or resistance bands to tone and tighten every muscle! Resistance training is key to building up your metabolism and losing inches!
