Starting May 31, you can join me for FREE fitness classes every Wednesday morning at 6:30 AM for resistance training as part of the Capitol Riverfront Summer Fitness Series!
Our workout will be one focused on strength, but you don’t need to bring any special equipment other than a mat and water bottle! Resistance training can mean a lot of things, so get ready for your basic body weight exercises like push ups, squats and lunges. When we’re feeling fancy, we’ll break out the resistance bands for some serious muscle activation and strength gains! I hope you’re ready to #GetFitLikeThat! I can’t wait to sweat it out with you!
