Well, it’s officially 2016! We made it! And if you’re reading this post in the AM, you really made it and survived your NYE festivities!
I want to kick off the new year hearing from YOU! The new year is a great time to set up some new goals related to fitness, life, or anything else! Even if you’re not a fan of resolutions, a little goal ain’t never hurt nobody (in my Beyonce voice)!

Will you join a fun sports league? Try snowboarding? Or will you take time to go for a walk every single day no matter what?
I plan to #GetFitLikeThat in 2016 by becoming a faster runner so there will be a lot of track workouts in my future! And I want to host more classes that are open to the public and possibly stream workouts to reach even more people! I’m so ready to take on 2016!
