There’s a class for everyone. If you’re new to rowing, try out Foundations, Just Row, or Strow (a mix of dynamic stretching and rowing intervals). If you’re ready to take it up a notch, check out my class HIIT to Heart (high intensity intervals on and off the erg), Kettle Row, and RowGa (yoga and rowing combined)! And if you want to focus on my favorite part of the body, the BOOTy, you’re in luck because we have a Booty Pump class as well.
