This week’s Workout of the Week is not exactly a workout, but it showcases some moves that are essential to a healthy body and flexible muscles! Whether you’ve just had a challenging leg day or you’ve been running around like crazy, these lower body stretches will keep you loose and limber for your next workout!
What you need: A mat or comfortable, flat surface
How to stretch: Perform each move slowly and hold each stretch for 20 seconds while breathing deeply. Perform each stretch until your muscles are able to relax. The more often you perform these moves, the more flexible you’ll be!
